Refund Policy
All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee (except products
sold on EBAY). Call us for an RMA. If the product is returned unused in the
manufacturer's original packaging, we will refund your purchase price. Shipping
is not refunded. Your refund will be issued after we receive the merchandise
and verify it's suitability for sale as new. Refunds will be issued as a credit
to the same credit card the original purchase was made on. Institutional customers
paying by check can receive a credit to their account or a refund by check.
Return Policy
For security reasons we will reject any package without an RMA # and a proper
return address. Please call toll free 1-888-438-7247, 916-394-2132 local or
email for a Return Material Authorization number. Our receiving department cannot
receive items without a RMA number.
Prices
All prices are listed in US Dollars.
Payment Options
Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover Cards are accepted from domestic customers.
Purchase Orders are accepted from Domestic Government Agencies and Fortune 500
Companies, & receive Net 30 terms. Wire transfers are accepted from customers
outside the USA. Credit cards are processed through a secure gateway. We do
not store credit card account numbers on our website.
Delivery Times
Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days from the day you place your
order. Please allow time for transit. Ground delivery is generally 2-7 business
days from the DATE OF SHIPMENT. Expedited means of delivery are available during
checkout.
Back Orders
Sometimes items are back ordered due to high demand or delays at the manufacturer.
We do not charge your credit card until we ship your order. If we ship partial
orders, we charge only for what we ship.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping charges are based on package weight, size, zip code, method and carrier.
Our online shopping software will estimate your shipping price using UPS Tools
and display it during checkout. Standard ground shipping may be UPS or in some
cases First Class or Priority Mail, and may vary slightly from the estimate.
A $5.00 PER ORDER handling charge will be added. This applies only to USA domestic
shipping. We do not ship to individuals outside the USA. Alaska and Hawaii may
require special shipping rates. Organizations, agencies and institutions from
outside the USA may place orders and pay by wire transfer, but must do so by
phone. International shipping typically costs much more. Any costs to clear
customs are also not included and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Some items have shipping rates stated. In those cases, that is the freight
charge to be added and we will override the catalog's stated shipping charge.

International Shipments
Wire transfers and Letters of Credit are accepted from Organizations, Agencies
and Institutions from outside the US. We do not accept foreign orders from individuals.
Shipping across borders is typically much more expensive. We will quote shipping
in advance upon request. Any items with shipping amounts listed apply only to
USA domestic shipping for the lower 48 States. Any Fees or Duties required to
import your order are not included in the freight charges. Any licenses or regulations
required to import our products are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Sales Tax
Customers outside California or Federal Agencies are not charged Sales Tax.
California residents are charged the California State Sales Tax rate and Sacramento
County residents are charged the Sacramento County Sales Tax rate. This is added
automatically to your bill. If you are a Federal Agency inside California, there
is an exemption box you can check during check out, and no tax will be charged.
Warranty
Manufacturer's warranties apply.
EBAY Purchases
All EBAY sales are final. We will exchange defective out of the box merchandise
purchased through EBAY if we are notified within 30 days. Contact us for an
RMA number before returning the item. If no replacement is available, we will
exchange the item for store credit.
