If the product is returned unused in the manufacturer's original packaging, we will refund your purchase price. Shipping is not refunded. Your refund will be issued after we receive the merchandise and verify it's suitability for sale as new. Refunds will be issued as a credit to the same credit card the original purchase was made on. Institutional customers paying by check can receive a credit to their account or a refund by check.
